Monday to Saturday — from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
Sunday — 24 hours
Night service runs Monday to Saturday from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. On Sundays the service is available 24 hours. This does not mean 24/7 coverage every day of the week.
Pricing
Priority delivery: CHF 99. Medicine costs are not included and are billed separately according to the pharmacy receipt.
Indicative timing: usually 60 to 90 minutes. This is not guaranteed and depends on medicine availability, the pharmacy, traffic and distance.
How PharmaLiv works
You submit your request
On the ordering platform, you provide the address and upload any required documents (for example a prescription photo).
The pharmacy prepares and dispenses
An open pharmacy checks, prepares and dispenses the medicines. Pharmaceutical advice remains solely with the pharmacy.
PharmaLiv collects the order
We only arrange pickup from the pharmacy once the order is ready.
Delivery to your address
A courier brings the package to your home, hotel or stated location — within the covered areas.
PharmaLiv is not a pharmacy and does not sell medicines. PharmaLiv only provides collection and delivery. Preparation, advice and dispensing remain the pharmacy’s responsibility.
