1. Provider

PharmaLiv — Vekta Medical Sàrl. PharmaLiv is not a pharmacy.

2. Service

PharmaLiv collects medicines from an open emergency pharmacy, including Pharma24 in Geneva or Bellevue Apotheke in Zurich.

Priority night delivery: CHF 99. Medicines are billed at the pharmacy’s actual price — only what was advanced.

PharmaLiv arranges collection and delivery. Preparation, prescription validation, pharmaceutical advice and dispensing remain the sole responsibility of the pharmacy.

3. Area & hours

We deliver to individuals (home, hotel, office) in Geneva and Zurich cantons. Outside this area the service is unavailable.

Monday to Saturday — Night: 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. Sunday: 24/7.

4. Ordering

Orders and payments are completed on commande.pharmaliv.ch. The marketing site pharmaliv.ch does not process payments.

5. Responsibilities

In a life-threatening medical emergency, dial 144. PharmaLiv is not an emergency service.

Delivery timing is confirmed by PharmaLiv after verification; no contractual one-hour promise is made on this page.

6. Applicable law

Swiss law. Courts of the canton of Geneva, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
