How it works
You order and pay first on our secure platform. Only then do we arrange pickup at an open emergency pharmacy and delivery.
Online order
Enter your details, address and documents on commande.pharmaliv.ch.
Secure payment
Secure online payment via Stripe: the delivery run, then medicines at the pharmacy’s listed price.
Pharmacy pickup
We collect from an open pharmacy. Validation and dispensing remain with the pharmacy.
Delivery to your address
A courier brings the medicines to the address you indicate, in the covered cantons.

Medicines are billed at the pharmacy’s price — only what was advanced on your behalf.
A bank authorisation covers the run and expected purchases. Unused amounts are released. For a larger purchase, we contact you first.

Do you have a prescription?
On the ordering platform, simply upload a photo of your prescription and insurance card.
We then pass the file to the emergency pharmacy for validation and dispensing. PharmaLiv only arranges pickup and delivery.

PharmaLiv arranges collection and delivery. Preparation, prescription validation, pharmaceutical advice and dispensing remain the sole responsibility of the pharmacy.
PharmaLiv collects medicines from an open emergency pharmacy, including Pharma24 in Geneva or Bellevue Apotheke in Zurich.
